At Tribesigns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home office and furniture purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, tools, and instruction manuals are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
